What can I do to help you (my specialist knowledge)?

Having commenced training in practice in 1988, I qualified FMAAT in August 1997. During this period I worked at four accountancy practices in the Birmingham area, (one firm twice!), gaining experience in all aspects of book keeping, accounts and audit work.

I have been with Thomas Nock Martin since September 2004.  I qualified FCCA in August 2005.

What do I do at TNMCA?

My main responsibilities are to ensure our practice procedures meet current standards, the planning and review of monthly management and year end accounts and the flow of work through the office. I advise corporate clients on their corporation tax liabilities and deadlines and help them make light work of their company secretarial commitments.

I am responsible for maintaining all of our IT systems.

Fascinating Facts.

I am an Aston Villa fan and season ticket holder, and have reached professional level on FIFA PS3. I enjoy Geocaching, which is treasure hunting with a gps device.

I once caused a terrorist alert when buying a curry!

I regard my greatest days as witnessing the births of my two daughters.
